We worked with their senior staff to design and deliver a comprehensive communications strategy that introduced each new tool to their stakeholders and personnel.

An industry association founded in 1984, Conexus (formerly the CANDU Owners’ Group) wanted to reposition itself as a progressive hub embracing new technologies. Our multi-phased rebranding project introduced a new name, created a modern logo and colour palette, provided a messaging framework, and produced visual and digital creative assets.
ONA is a consortium of stakeholders promoting the benefits of nuclear to Ontario and Canada. With the nation’s proposal for the long-term, safe storage of used nuclear fuel, ONA needed to unite its members’ voices to counter rampant misconceptions. Big Red Oak strategized and executed an extensive communications platform, including a landing page, statistical graphics, multiple videos, and a toolkit with shareable assets.
Westinghouse Canada invested in a long-term partnership with us to position them as a frontrunner in Canada’s nuclear expansion. Together, we launched a multi-channel, phased program, including digital and Out-of-Home ads, LinkedIn sponsored content, sponsorships and presentations, thought leadership op-eds, and podcast partnerships. The campaign reached millions of Canadians and earned thousands of impressions and web visitors.
